Super Easy Doughnuts Recipe
Really quick and easy donuts made from ingredients you probably already have. My 3 year old loves these because he can have them whenever he wants. There's hardly any waiting time. Use any topping you want. Our favorite is powdered sugar!
A simple cake doughnut lightly spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg. Coat with sugar and cinnamon, or a confectioners' sugar glaze.
These were super easy and really tasty while warm. I dusted them with cinnamon sugar, instead of confectioners sugar. I want to try again when I figure out how to make coconut stick - my husband's favorite doughnut topping.
I really like the homemade donuts my mother-in-law makes. She couldn't find the recipe so I tried this one. I thought the oil at 375 degrees was way too high! I burnt the first few. I didn't have a donut cutter so I used a cup and medicine cup (to cut out the middle). Mine were thin, but we like them that way!
I didn't think these were very good. They came out dense and more like a fried cookie than a doughnut. The taste isn't too bad but if you want fluffy doughnuts than try something with yeast. I didn't feel like waiting for them to rise so I made these. They are very easy and quick to make so I will give it that much! :-)
So yummy!!! Not super fluffy or anything but I easily could of done something wrong. Will definitely make again :) if you’re looking for more of a fluffy, Dunkin’ Donuts style recipe this may not be for you, but they are still so delicious!
I made these donuts. They were perfect. I will use this recipe every time I make donuts.
These were really sticky and hard to roll out, but after adding a lot of flour (just like I would with pizza dough or gingerbread cookies), it became a lot easier to roll and cut out the doughnuts. They taste delicious, but they also taste exactly like zeppoli. I do love zeppoli, but they don't taste like doughnuts. Still very good and I might make them again sometime soon
